I spoke to a friend who said potassium permanganate Baths dry out the skin and make it tighter whilst also giving you a tan. I do exactly this. Fasted cardio in mornings, then weights at night after a good pre workout meal. If you can't manage cardio in the morning do it after weights. But have a protein shake before you start cardio. I usually do the bike one minute medium pace one minute all out fast pace. Repeat for twenty mins. 20-30 mins of cardio is good for your overall health.
