“No moralizing.” If you really follow this principle, let this post stand to be judged on its merits.

I’m glad somebody else here is talking MRP with an open marriage. IDK why more people don’t talk about this option. I guess because it’s not part of the sidebar. It works for me. I have been ethically non-monogamous (ENM) with my wife since we started dating four years ago. I objectively have abundance. I’m openly dating another GF, out on FB etc. I could have more partners if I had the time. So I guess I have dread working for me too. I have applied the other lessons to the best of my ability a…

There is something you can do about it: get a prenuptial agreement. I’m getting one. My GF and I agree that there should be more economic incentive for her to be married to me than to divorce me.

Yes, have sex. Don’t act like you hate her. Being at war with your wife is not the goal of RP. Yes, you must still dread, even if she doesn’t like it. If you’re not already following the MAP, what are you even doing??

This book offers sex-positive attraction and relationship advice for men, written by sex therapists who are women. MMSL is red pill advice for long-term relationships without the misogyny. Red pill doesn’t have to be misogynistic! The introduction speaks directly to women about why it’s in their best interests for their partners to become the kind of men they’ll be more attracted to. Anthony Robbins combines self-help and mentorship. I recommend this one: Awaken the Giant Within : How to Take Immediate Control of Your Mental, Emotional, Physical and Financial Destiny! https://www.amazon.com/dp/0671791540/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_WJ6NP9FY5MK5ED3T25Q5

You can’t negotiate attraction. You have to raise your SMV, dread, etc., until she actually wants you. But don’t dread a pregnant wife or a new mom, so you actually have about a year to get started. Lift. Read the sidebar. Learn to maintain some goddamn frame. STFU.

At no loss to you?? That’s some serious outcome independence for married RP. Are other married/partnered dudes in here really at this level?? I work to be more outcome independent than most blue pillers, but… this sounds like you might be taking it too far?

I notice that you haven’t read MMSL. MMSL: You need to raise your value to get to a point where you are in charge of your relationship. Improve your weakest areas first. If you’re more beta, increase alpha traits, you’re more alpha, increase beta traits. (For most of us, we need to increase alpha traits, so... lift, etc.) Once you have a higher value, take charge of improving your relationship with your wife, attracting her, and making it the relationship you want. Make sure that her needs are b…

I’m sorry. That sounds really hard. Could you possibly get him non-traditional counseling, like from a trusted family-member, friend, or religious leader? I need to caution that he may be losing attraction for you — when it happens, it often happens around six years; “the seven-year itch” — and doing anything that comes across as nagging may further erode his attraction for you. So be careful not to nag. You catch more flies with honey. ...But if you’re not getting the relationship that you need…

I’ll keep this short. I have to agree with the other comments here: It sounds like depression or addiction, like he’s not taking an active role because life is not going in the direction he’d hoped for, for some reason — though not because of anything you’re doing, based on all you’ve said. He needs help, counseling, to get unstuck. I would not have children until you’ve worked this out. Just an MRP guy’s perspective. Good luck!

Same. But 10lbs will probably be impossible for her to keep off if you’re going to have kids and/or grow old together. For me the hard limit is her weighing more than me (currently 195lbs; 30lbs more than her). I would give her an ultimatum and she knows it.

Totally agree. Adding to the slow clap. I want to add a few comments: - Read MMSL first. It helped me so much more than NMMNG. - Work on ALL of the areas that Secret_Twitch described above. To which I want to add that you need to realize that you need to identify your weakest areas and shore them up the most. - You are not tying to be at war with your wife. STFU is about using your filter wisely so as to maintain frame. - Track her cycle. I’d bet that your reconciliations have been near her ovul…

So much more that you could be banging, you mean. ...Always on your mind. It’s clear that you want to end it. Find the way to do that. Can’t because your income depends on it?? Figuring a way to have income that’s not dependent on her should be your top priority.

Do you think she would want more frequent sex if not for the health issues? And are they surmountable? If so, be a chad and help her get through it. She may be grateful you stuck with her. Mine is. On the other hand, if you don’t believe she wants to get back to more frequent sex — or sadly, if you don’t think she can — then let her know that you can’t go on like this. Be adults and work out a way to extricate yourself. Split your investments or get a written agreement for her to buy over time, …

This (LTR + open relationship) is currently working for me. I know that I will never stop wondering if I could get with some girl who is better for me than my current girl — the grass is always greener! — but I feel like I’ve solved this problem by getting into a committed relationship with a good woman (pretty, intelligent, high sex drive, will be a good mother) who is also into swinging with me. So my sex life never gets old. I’m not sure how to best introduce it to your girl. In my case, I in…

It has actually worked for me to send someone a FB friend request and a message later, after just a brief IRL contact. If she felt attracted enough to you, and if you’re charming about it and acknowledge the awkwardness (“Hey, I hope this doesn’t come across as weird, but...” or something like that, but genuine), then it could work. Are you realistically going to see this girl again within the next year if you don’t reach out? If not, you have nothing to lose.

I sympathize with getting bored with monogamy. I’m the same way. I found a better way by insisting on consensual non-monogamy with the girls I date . A lot of girls are not ok with it; the ones who are are ok with it are the ones I want to be with. Through swinging, I have sex with a constant stream of new women. I also maintain a committed relationship with my partner. We are both interested in starting a family — and raising the kinds of kids that u/TheYambag describes. :)

Kate will not fuck you after you’ve fucked Jenna. It’s not rational, it’s just... AWALT. Or maybe there’s some logic to it: I have a working hypothesis that when a high SMV woman sees that you’ve hooked up with a lower SMV woman, she will think that your SMV is lower than hers (or at least that you see your SMV as lower, which amounts to the same thing). Don’t fuck Jenna.

I second that advice. If you must respond: “Uh-huh.” “K”
/r/askTRP22/11/17 08:24 PM

Ignore it. I think it breaks frame to get upset about it. Only let her know what you think of it if she pushes you for a response — and even then, keep it short. Better to STFU. Keep it humorous. Be prepared to move on.

I think you should just speak clearly to begin with so that you don’t have to explain it. Why make people assume that you don’t mean what you’re literally saying?

“Use kino and escalate until she ‘gives pussy’”??? “It doesn’t matter what she says...”?? That’s rape, dude. What kind of advice is this? Red Pillers don’t need to use rape to get laid.
/r/TheRedPill22/11/17 06:19 PM
1

Yeah. I like sluts. They’re great! They keep me frequently laid. I don’t appreciate anybody telling them to keep their clothes on. So I always evaluate women on their own merits. Their number never has anything to do with it, for me. I see a lot of guys here devaluing this girl based on how many dicks she’s sucked — slut shaming. As long as she has no communicable diseases, that just makes her probably better at it! Fuck the haters!

This is the best advice on this thread, from someone who sounds like he’s actually dated sex workers. I’ve dated sex workers too and completely agree with the above, especially the last paragraph. The rest of the haters on here are just slut shaming because they’re jealous — or because they’ve only had bad experiences with sex workers, which is legit. I agree that you should keep your other plates. Tell her you’re down to date, but only if she doesn’t expect you to stop seeing other people. Any …

I also love the chase and sometimes have a similar problem with enjoying the sex as much. If you want to enjoy it more try reducing your porn and masturbation. I’m not a no-fapper, but I find that a reduction makes a difference for exactly the problem that you’re describing.

I think there are good arguments for and against fudging your age online. Women can be shallow and may automatically disqualify you based on a number. But you’ll pay for it later when she inevitably catches you in the lie. You lose value twice, for being older and for not being confident about your age. 20 years is more than just fudging! You’re bold! I want to hear how this works out for you! (40yo here) You omitted an important detail: How many of these matches have you had sex with??

40yo guy here. Lifting is important, but you can’t do it if you’re injuring yourself every other time. That’s not fitness. Stretch out thoroughly - I do a short yoga routine - then move up to body-weight exercises without weights, including core exercises, push-ups, pull-ups, mountain climbers, squats, etc. Focus on your core. I do this before I lift or do cardio. If I don’t have time for both - or if I’m injured - I just do this. If you want a video guide, I recommend Cameron Shayne’s Budokon s…

TRP doesn’t advocate rape in any form. What you’re describing is illegal in most places and unethical everywhere. As pick-up artists like to say, “being picked up by a true pick-up artist is a privilege”. We don’t need to use alcohol intoxication or any other semi-legal tricks to get laid. I’m sorry I gave you any advice. People like you give the rest of us a bad reputation.

My point is that society’s most effective aphrodisiac isn’t something nobody’s ever heard of (except for a small group of intrepid men who researched it on the internet), it’s the one that’s right in front of our faces every day and that civilizations have known about for eons. Pro alcohol tips for TRPers: 1) Alcohol is not for lowering your inhibitions; it’s for lowering hers. 2) It is typically used to get women to your place, not after they get to your place (though it can be effective then t…

Diversify your search. Spank her. This one’s easy. Most chicks dig it. Tie her up. Google how to do it. Look at Twisted Monk videos on YouTube if you want to get adventurous. Put a thumb in her ass while you’re fucking her from behind or put a finger in (maybe just a pinky at first) while you’re going down on her. Use lube (if you’re feeling nice). Try choking her while spooning/fucking her. Be sure to squeeze the sides of her throat, not her windpipe. You want to cut off blood and moderately restrict air for a ten co…

Per MMSL, you want to get to the point where you are banging her every single night. (Or the default nightly expectation is sex, not no-sex.) You can do it! 'The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single...' Not providing sex when your wife needs it, is beta. If you're not gonna do it, she can probably find some other guy who will. Respond to her! What? Are you already at war with your wife to the point that you feel like you need to negotiate, to make her meet some conditions of yours be…

Ha! I guess you were being facetious! I get it now. Funny! Your irony was too subtle for me and is probably too subtle for this guy who clearly needs help and probably has barely enough time to skim these comments, let alone read between the lines.

Don't do this. You would be actively lowering your SMV in your wife's eyes. That would only hurt you, long-term.

Thanks for all the useful advice. Madonna/Whore Complex seems to be the consensus diagnosis. I've learned more about it and I agree. Didn't recognize it because our sex has been pretty kinky. Not kinky enough, apparently. I'm stepping it up and taking care to not put her on a pedestal. Also, using Cialis. So far so good.

Wow! Troll much? Is this what the mod had in mind when he mentioned "beatings"? I laid out my problems in the post. No need to invent more. I'm fit and healthy. Regular check ups. I practice martial arts. I'm training for a marathon. I just took Perfect Girl on a four-day backpacking trip. I wear a 34" waist.

I'm not here for a beating, but I'll take any advice as long as it's useful. I'm fucking her pretty much the same as I do with older girlfriends, it's just that my soldier doesn't stand at attention in the same way. It's all in my head. So you think I should increase the hair pulling and ass slapping and see if it helps my mental state? (Not dump her and move on.) It's worth a try. Thanks.

You say "it's possible to fix this." How? That's what I really want to know! Through therapy? Gonna do it; I'm planning to see a shrink. Any other ways? It's going to feel so stupid to break up with her when the reason is that I don't feel attracted to her enough and it's not because of her but because of my fucked-up preference for lower-quality women. It's going to break her heart and I'm going to go back to looking for someone who is, on paper, just like her.

I think you're misunderstanding me. When u/G_Petronius says that I must not pedestalize or unicornize this woman, I agree with that. But when he says that "romantic love is bullshit that you've been sold on and should have left behind by now," I have to wonder if he is cautioning against any and all LTRs. Because if so, I think I may need more nuanced advice than that. I wonder if he's giving this advice while bearing in mind that I want to start a family. Where did I say anything about wanting …
/r/askTRP07/07/17 08:25 PM

Agreed. I'm putting her on a pedestal and need to stop that now. Setting aside romantic illusions, do you think it's possible to have an LTR and sexual attraction? I'm 40 with no kids and want to start a family. Do you believe that's possible without pedestalizing/unicornizing? Or is your advice not compatible with my goals?
/r/askTRP07/07/17 07:24 PM

Now we're really getting somewhere. To be clear to everyone, I want an LTR and an active sex life. I don't think those are mutually incompatible. I don't plan to put her on a pedestal. Others are right in observing that I've started doing that; I'm going to have to rein it in. I'm used to having sex toys (plates). Now that I want an LTR, you're saying I can't also treat her like a sex toy? If that's what I'm used to (women as sex toys), I hope TRP can understand why I'm having trouble getting su…

Thanks for your vote: I should try to enjoy her as a sex toy in addition to everything else. Will do. The only challenge is that I'm not getting as sprung as I did with women I fucked strictly for fun. There is no logical reason. Has this never happened to you? Or anyone else here? My guesses as to why: -I'm used to a certain kind of easy pussy. It's hard to eat healthy when you've acquired a taste for junk food. -Maybe that there is potential for a serious LTR adds pressure that makes it feel l…

This is really insightful. I'm familiar with limerence. And that's the thing, I want to overcome this and feel limerence for her. Any suggestions on how to do that? To be clear, it's not the end of limerence; we are just getting started (6 weeks). She made the first move and I feel that may have something to do with why I (stupidly) don't value her as highly as I should. She has no problems with attraction towards me.
