Romantic comedy with a medieval set dressing (not historically accurate). In the story Witch is more like a race that heavily skews toward female. The Male MC is a House Witch, whose magic is limited toward creating a harmonious home. He gets a job at a castle as the head cook as he explores his magic and gets entangled with a noble (Female MC) who is above his station. While she is generally more dominant/proactive the story doesn't disregard inherent differences/tendencies invalidating the man…

Off topic but you would probably enjoy the book "The House Witch", there is also an audiobook for the first two books of the series so if that's your jam they did a good job on it.
