Yo after reading many of the other comments and your’s OP I think you should sit her down one on one and ask her where this is coming from and start questioning her answers and explanations. If at any point that she begins to get angry, hostile, and/or combative. Just leave and say thank you for you time. It might help see what she sees weather it is sensible or down right idiotic.
