I get addicted to video games very easily. That's all I did as a kid and now in college it is detrimental to everything trp says. Baseball is a good sport but starting in high school would probably put you at a disadvantage unless you are just good at things in general. Lift on your own terms if your team doesn't lift. Anything above 6ft you have an advantage. That's jus the truth. 6'3"+ you are golden. Anything below 5'10" you look short and your body can literally never be as wide/big as somebody 6'+ so that's the only damage.
