Good for you. At least they are with someone who really wants to be there for them.

It's not until one of the neutral parties (or even parties on the left) start having an actual debate or an actual agenda that aligns itself with the MRM that change and actual political debate will occur. Because honestly it's sad that right now the only party vaguely like that is Vox.

What side is that? Do you mean more women die because of the result of domestic violence in Spain? In which case you're right, but I still don't know how does that invalidate his point about the mainstream and radical left taking over Spanish politics. (In a somewhat similar way as the Nazis did in Germany after WWI)

Yes, but that also implies the same responsibilities as well, something that mainstream western feminism doesn't seem to be happy with. And I think he just defined egalitarianism, not feminism.

Nah, I really just think it's a coincidence. I'm sure a lot of femimists are making the same argument about the MRM popping up all over the globe.

Dude. You can literally look up the law (in case you don't speak Spanish I'll just tell you, only women can apply for the money from the government) If you want I can make you a word for word translation of the website, but the phrasing is pretty clear: men cannot fit the definition of "victim", Only women do that under Spanish law, and only women can receive an economic benefit from it. Now the real debate is how many people abuse the system, because let's be real, there are already woman in Sp…

Is there a YouTube Link for that?

Yes please! This is one of the best summaries I've found about the MRM. If you could add links to all the points you're making that would be really the icing on the cake.

Then where the hell did they get that information from?
/r/MensRights25/02/19 03:33 PM

Not only that, but it's vox. So it's not really the most unbiased source to get information from.

Ok. Are you ok with legalizing women walking armed everywhere they go, to equalize their power with men, and to not prosecuting women who step outside of the 'compassionate caretaker' role any more harshly than men are prosecuted for doing so? I don't think that there is anyone who wouldn't be ok with that, and women can already do that. Meaning they can have means to protect themselves (depending on the country, they can have a firearm or pepper spray and other similar things). They even have (…

It's just frustration I guess. I understand where they're coming from. To a lot of people in this sub it seems that "feminists" are taking over. So to them "expanding" The title to an article like this makes sense. Not that I agree with this hyper-emotional, it's just I don't think that isn't that surprising considering how many people nowadays react to gender centered issues.

But the problem is that the sexists "on the feminist side" have a lot of institutional power, and they exercise it constantly. In the government there's a woman's issues subcommittee but not a men's issues subcommittee (at least in my country). And when it comes to solving problems or carrying out a certain action, even if it's out of pure hatred and contempt, there's a much bigger tolerance when it is performed by "feminists" or women.

She would've probably made some very contrived mental gymnastics to justify her argument until she couldn't anymore, because she would've realized she fucked up( Morgan Freeman voice)

Also true. And that makes me really think that sexism is a problem that will never get solved anytime soon, especially when the only people willing to challenge their views, are moderate people.

Sometimes those steps are easier said than done. You could claim the same solution for women, but many women and men lack the basic legal education to carry it out. And even assuming he ends up filing for a divorce, it'll likely end up benefitting the woman more than the man.

And you're totally right. But even if you did the same studies for all jobs in the labor market. I think you would find that mainstream feminists (especially "intersectional" feminists) will just don't care.

Thank you anyways, really. I really appreciate the time you took to answer me in the comment section. Not everyone does that willingly and constructively in reddit these days

Thank you very much! I'm just also interested in where can I find this kind of information, specifically like court cases in India and the US, or statistics or something similar. If you could send me a link that would be awesome

But that's just what I'm asking. Can you send me information regarding those incidents? I also appreciate what you do to get these men through such a hard time, you sound like a pretty awesome person 👌. I am really just trying to inform myself from a source (preferably a research or survey carried out by the government)

How do they know that they made it themselves? Do you have a link regarding the topic? Ps: I just wanna be super clear! My intention is not to attack you, I am just genuinely interested in this topic (just in case I sounded passive aggressive hahahaha)

But I'm sure that she'll make the argument that she isn't making as much money because the audience in YouTube is sexist and racist

What I find sad is that the article doesn't refer to "feminists" when they try to explain why there isn't much research into men's health issues. Instead it states that men are just not as concerned about their health
