Men stop marrying leftovers you’re worth more than seconds or hand me downs. Real men through history didn’t marry single moms for a reason.

Don’t listen to anyone who tells you to deal with it. As the man you make the rules and what’s acceptable or not. Don’t adhere to them then GTFO.

That’s why you date around and don’t make same mistake getting married so these questions are fairly irrelevant cause you won’t marry her and she’s either crazy or had a horrible personality or has horrible taste in men or combo.

Yeah women need validation and that’s why every story is the same: husband bad wife victim. Don’t sweat it nobody believes her or anyone you’d care who does.

I fought for about 1.5 years or so went through everything A to Z am going to start a channel site and maybe write a book on what to do from start to finish. I got my kids 50/50 and there are many things that you need to do and more importantly not do. Follow me if interested check out my other posts in here and if this channel idea for book you think would be a good idea.

Leverage think dude. Don’t start with wanting nothing say here’s how it will most likely go and here’s what you can lose all I want is this but if you force me to go to court that’s up to you then the courts will decide what’s best for our children which is their lives as equal as possible 50/50. Taking nothing and making less puts you higher risk not able to afford a nice place to live and healthy diet for your kids. That doesn’t help them at all. Also don’t ever volunteer and move out of the h…

If you fight for 50/50 you will get it at least where I live so id advise you set up meeting with 3 top family attorneys and ask them how easy / hard it is. It’s proven kids need both parents in their lives as much as possible. When you have appointment with attorneys they can’t represent your ex even if you don’t retain them. Do this first. Always file first. The person who filed first is on the offense while the other is on the defensive. Doesn’t matter what you want or don’t want financially …

American Women taught and raised they must always feel good and world revolve around them. Their lives are so easy and carefree now and men have stopped ruling the house this is what happens. She did you a favor she will do the same when the next person doesn’t make her feel authentic. Time to take the trash out if you don’t she will keep doing it which you’ll have to accept and be a cuck.

Women usually have every reason to get married if she no longer feels that spark down the road she can walk and take half your shit at least. I’m shocked more women aren’t trying harder to get married instead gettin fake likes and sleeping with tons of dudes. Some of them have no clue.

If you have to ask you know the answer. If she makes more or as much and no way she will quit her job after marriage that’s about as good as you can get. Also buy home prior to marriage.

Keep calling police she will eventually get the picture. Buy a gun and learn to shoot it if you don’t have one. Could turn into a fatal attraction situation. Use the low to no communication only when it concerns your children should you ever communicate with her. Doesn’t matter why she does or does do things if you did you could write a book and make a billion. Can’t understand crazy you never will so stop.

what you and wife makes during marriage is co-property so if she buys a home then files for divorce you and she can buy one another out or sell the home and split any profits/losses. what you or she makes during marriage is NOT yours or hers so when people think their paycheck is theirs is 100% false. why wouldn't your ex hire a lawyer to get half of what's hers because you decide to buy a home using half of her money? Guys, stop thinking your sweet and innocent wife won't go after you during th…

While I hated going through mine it was over a year of pretty much hell all through that time I knew that her not in the same home as me really lifted so much stress and I forgot how awesome it was to be my own boss. Plus, why be stuck with someone who treats them so well? Life is short. Since I had my kids 50% of the time it allowed me to focus on myself and enjoy a new lease on life.

100% would not why marry when you can rent for free anyways? Dude, if you marry her you deserve whatever you get when you get divorced. You should thank her for being so upfront about her intentions.

Don’t ever vacate the home. Always assume any form of communication will be shown in family court. Do not let her bait you it’s tough but again think whatever phone call or text will be read in court. Do what’s best for your kid not you.

Men start acting like men quit letting the women you date run the show it’s not natural and no matter what they say or complain they want the man to lead and set the rules. If you think women with kids are easier you really don’t know much about single moms. Don’t settle for used seconds guys.

As divorced dad stopped dating women with children they are absolutely the worst. Have major issues with their ex and wants to take it out on you. Some took offense I fought and got 50/50 custody. By part luck met someone younger and no kids perfect. Unless you get serious never have chicks around your kids anyways. And as for jealousy about your ex wife that’s your responsibility to tell the girl what the situation is and she either gets with the plan or she can look elsewhere.

And any retirement funds are split 50/50. Start hiding money little by little that anyone looking at statements doesn’t look like you withdrew money and kept it. Suck it up and think of the long game as if you’re Andy in Shawshank Redemption.

You got her best years and won’t have to deal with her worst ones is actually a blessing in disguise you’ll realize down the road. Start working out if you haven’t great for the mind and body and start getting out there even if married she’s no longer your concern or priority and please file for divorce first puts you in driver seat and also take a meeting with the top 3 divorce lawyers in your city she can’t hire them once you choose one and file. Sorry I’ve heard similar stories like this so much and went through hell don’t believe it. You never hear American women take accountability I had to stop dating divorced women because literally everyone said it was their X fault. Really? Women expect men to continue to believe the man causes all the problems is sort of mind blowing. On one hand women say they are masters at intuition and feelings while men are not then on the other hand have stories of the man they married did all these things …

Therapy short term helps but if you are still in it year later and nothing has gotten better stop going. Exercise even long daily walks helps much more. Pick up something anything that you enjoy could be a great hobby or not doesn’t matter. You’re thinking the grass is always greener on the other side. If it was so great sorry you wouldn’t have been an asshole. If you disagree then you’d continue to be an asshole to your wife and kid which would have been infinitely worse. I bet though if you we…

It will go to your new wife if you get married unless she signs a waiver giving up her right.
/r/Divorce_Men23/07/24 11:34 PM

Great question and from many of the replies your wife by law become beneficiary. Consult with lawyer or google it if you disagree. Most don’t know this. “Re-marriage – Should you get remarried, your new spouse is legally the beneficiary. If you prefer to have a child or other family member listed, you must obtain a signed waiver from your new spouse. This is true even if the account existed before your marriage with an alternate beneficiary.”
/r/Divorce_Men23/07/24 11:32 PM

Once you get re married all retirement company funded funds your new wife automatically becomes beneficiary not your kids regardless if they were listed prior to your new marriage. Your new wife would have to agree and sign over her beneficiary rights if you want them to go to someone else.

Men should never let anything pass in regards to their woman. Ditto with your children. Letting things pass indirectly tells them what they did is okay and they will continue. If your wife asks you why did you look at her phone bill tell her because you’re her husband but that’s not relevant why are you dodging the issue? American women through life have it so easy and never are held accountable this used to never happen. Men must become men again you lead and train her what’s right and what’s w…

Any issues prior to marriage magnify after. With women now modern and given you and her age can’t see a reason why you need to get married.

Why get married? If she’s so great why wasn’t she married already at her age? She’s not a spring chicken and assume you don’t want kids.

Women pretend much better than men. If you don’t believe me go date divorced women and see how much baggage they have. Hell just go out and see how many sad looking divorce women there are at bars trying to compete with single much younger women. Men lick your wounds don’t make the same mistake again and trust me unlike women your biological clock doesn’t end and your pool of women as you age gets wider.

Best most is give her the option that she can be intimate with him or force him to seek it out with someone else.
/r/Divorce_Men17/06/24 09:32 PM

Men need to be clear with their wives even before marriage. If she stops wanting to be intimate then she’s the same as a roommate. If she stops don’t get upset if you forced into getting a side piece.

Real men don’t worry what other people think plus age is just a number someone 35 can act like a 15 year old while someone 21 can act like she’s in her 30s. 21 and up is your pool.
