If truly wants to see you, she'll make time for you, so tell her not ask, say let's do this on tommorow or day after tomorrow, be straight, clear, rough hope for the best. If she still bussy, forget about her for couple days maybe more, then repeat for the last time

Hour away ehh, I'm pissed with 12minutes away. If you want to hang out, say some BS like you're gona be close to her for some job thing and say let's meet after my stuff, grab a drink or a joint, make it sound casual like after two day or so around 7-9, if she still says she's busy I would ask if shes playing with me
