Or else an emotional rant - generally a projection.

Because I can tell you are emotional in your negative view of religion, not considering the bigger context.

Is that love, or attraction? If you substitute the word ‘attract’ for ‘love’ in what you stated does it change the meaning? If not, we need to differentiate attraction from love. Agree?

Does TRP fit your definition of religion?

I bet you like Nietzsche and hate Descartes.

No no. I was thinking of romantic love.

Let me ask you, does love exist?

I love what you’re saying and appreciate your post very much. I’m curious how old you are.

No doubt. When I’m asked what feminism is (which is oddly more often than one might think) I say something along the lines of “a movement to elevate women to a higher status above men through the force of government”. Only government could create a situation where a woman walks up to you in a bar, spits in your face, stomps your toe and screams at you freely without fear - because it isn’t her doing it - it’s her and an army of white knights in blue shirts with silver badges making sure you take…

I’m aware of it. It’s flawed. Postmodernism itself is, though that’s an aside. TRP is a philosophy of masculinity, sex, a few other things. It isn’t an economic philosophy, it isn’t epistemology, it isn’t spiritual. TRP exists and has value independent any astrophysics theories or ideas of form and meme (and really rejects postmodernism itself as it relies on reason). That’s valuable and related, but it doesn’t own TRP nor does TRP need it. (It’s the reverse of what you said, by the way - the bo…

One of the last things my grandfather said to my father was “son, you gotta let me go.” He had turned 80, lived a complete life, and was suffering with a heart problem. Quality of life was near 0. He had decided to stop postponing a second bypass (10 years after the first) and just face it. He knew he had maybe a 10% chance of making it and he was prepared. He was a grit-your-teeth and face it type of man for 80 years. He was just staring this last chapter in the face. In this particular case (n…

That’s like saying there is no such thing as a tradcon businessman. One has an influence on the other, but red pill is not an entire philosophy of everything.

Except “obey your husband” is right in the 1.0 vows and word for word from scripture - tradcon territory. I don’t know where OP plucked half of these ideas from but it reads more like a bitter pseudo-intellectual rant than ... Never mind. I forgot this is Reddit for a second there. Skim, Upvote, and carry on.

These complicated Life philosophies and self help type stuff. There is a lot of it around here too I think. Ie - there was a post today, long and complicated story about an abusive girlfriend and relationship that just wouldn’t end. After all of this explanation and victimhood stuff was a ‘goodbye so and so ex girlfriend’. I guarantee you that relationship isn’t ending anytime soon.

The only people in control of their death are the suicidal ones. That’s pretty much the definition of doing things on your own terms.

In my experience I’ve found that people who write things of this type are usually trying to convince themselves.

Or maybe OP is hamstring around his own confirmation bias.

99% of people who fully get this are not here reading this. The people here are either trying to learn and change (most) or teach others for the good feels and motivation (a few).

It works better with a longer term girlfriend.

That's fine, but remember not to get disappointed if you find out she didn't give a shit, never really tried to contact you, and just got with the other guy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
