This is a tactic I am familiar with. I was accused of being verbally abusive and taken thru the ringer. Even got arrested in open court for hearsay. They had no evidence to convict me, so they keep postponing the trial to make sure I stay away from my ex. You're going to get burned really bad my friend if you don't start planning an escape. Only next time, there will be a pattern. Please get out.

I'm with you. Veteran Purple Heart recipient, Master of Science, father of 4 with no criminal background. My ex, who isn't even an American citizen, used 3 different names, changed her race, and contradicted herself numerous times in the filing of said PO. The judge looks at her and looks at me - she has titties, so he grants the PO. Thank these hard-working, law-laying, wreckers of mens' lives. Most judges are spineless cowards, and they side with females by default, like putting men away incre…

I don't want the attention. Just wanted to let somebody know they weren't alone.

My friend, I am in the exact same boat as you. Wrongfully accused based on a lie and no evidence whatsoever. I was arrested and now facing 3 felonies. I go to court Thursday with a public defender. I'm a decorated military veteran, father of 4, just finished a Master's degree, and now bankrupt facing 10 years...because I didn't want the bitch anymore.

Well, thank God it isn't just me! I literally CAN'T do it. It's not that it is difficult, but rather because it isn't hard...and it remains that way. I have had casual opportunities with beautiful women, but Jimmy said "No." I could've wrung his neck, but why? It's a bit embarrassing to remain flaccid despite her best efforts, but it's probably more embarrassing to get a VD and be forced to turn yourself in at the health unit.

This story hits close to home. I understand the decision with the kids, but it took me fighting in court for my first two kids in order to understand the pointlessness of doing it, so I didn't for my younger two children. Though I paid my child support, i only got to see the older ones when their mom wanted. No punishment was ever given to her for the many times she refused my visitation. I was in their lives as much as I could be, but in the end, they were conditioned to not see me like a dad. …

This is all a racket by the State. They get their 5% from each payee. They don't give a shit about the kids. DCFS is a man-hating organization striving to transform the male population into modern day slaves.

In the state of Louisiana, 3 men can be forced to pay child support on the same child.

I didn't even know about this story, but I'm living it right now. Just got a defense attorney to return my call and I was jailed October 31st! I've never been in trouble and I don't know what the FUCK to do!

Yall mofos are in HS dealing with this BS already? Man, if you're a straight white dude, you're outta luck. It only gets worse as you get older. Just gotta hang on, find you a biracial and/or bisexual girlfriend, and don't volunteer for anything ever...and I think you should be good.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
