Anyone with experience conducting research especially under a social field like psychology takes into account the high amount of variability amongst individuals and does not interpret their findings as an absolute theory. The only reason I pointed out some limitations on IQ is because you place too much emphasis on the use of IQ and EQ, when it’s become the equivalent of “correlation does not equal causation” in psychology.
