There is no shame in crying as men we hide it ,if i see something sad on the television i have to get up and walk out of the room or hear anything my way of coping is to keep busy i did away with my tele because of that situation and the tv is a life drainer i spend more time working on my self reading and learning and on my journey i have met some amazing people.

If you do find someone you have to be careful you dont take old problems with you, it can put you on edge any little thing to give your self the excuse to walk away, If you lucky to find the right person thay have not only got to be your girlfriend thay have to be your best mate someone you can trust, you have got to remember you can’t have a rose with out its thorns.

It’s not nice but I found a different way of looking at it i changed my mindset when i got divorced,if i hadn’t got divorced I wouldn’t have met the woman iam with now so lucky she is nothing like my ex, i always say good comes from bad.

We all go through blaming are selfs but when you sit there and think about it, we did everything right we work hard we put a roof over there head spend time with the kids but ex all she did was complain she didn’t pay for anything she was never helpful always putting me down she drank a lot so when i got divorced it was the happiest day of my life.

The problem i found with dating after 30 years with someone was how to deal with rejection, you start to question your self like what is wrong with me, and the conclusion was there isn’t anything wrong with me we are all insecure at times and meeting with someone you don’t no is daunting, when i looked for someone I didn’t just want her to be my girlfriend she had to be my best mate as well someone I could talk to and trust.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
