The case against her was weak as shit, so they offered a deal. After they made the deal for her to rat on paul, pauls lawyer released the tapes showing she was just as guilty. this is not a pussy pass in the slightest.

I mean freedom of speech protects most things outside hate speech... So you can say pretty much whatever you want. If someone said, your girlfriend has nipples like Tootsie rolls. Its a dick thing to say but I'm going to walk away since that person is looking for a fight and probably knows or has something I don't. I'm not getting an assault charge and then I won't be able to work aboard. I'd rather make my wage that i do and live comfortably then stoop to punching someone.

When youre surround in your car with a perceived threat to your life or someone in your car. You can legally go through the crowd. You need to get to safe place and then call the police. So the hit and run that gets called in turns into your favour.

My favourite is the black lives matter protests where they shut down the roads. However in the one video I saw castle doctrine is in the state. It's not even this specific law that matters. People were protesting against the cops. Surrounding peoples cars who had nothing to do with either side. Car wanted through, inching it's way. People started hitting the car and it went right through the crowd. Everyone after was calling for the police.
