I can't blame the kid for fighting back, but I also can't blame her brother for jumping in like that. Choke holds can be dangerous, and I'm sure that kid is no MMA fighter. I only watched one of those videos, but it's just a game, and in the one I watched both teams agreed to the play beforehand. It's not like it was some dirty trick. I'm gonna take a different tack here and say that I wouldn't be upset by this if the opposite were also okay to joke about. Doing this to someone is undeniably cruel, but that doesn't mean you can't joke about it. I enjoy gallows humor, but it's only when some people are off limits that you have a problem. I don't really think this is a men vs women issue, but their use of "coeducational" does sound like they're pointing to the girls for a reason why he can't do this. [referring to the 3 men who "put the lives of the women before their own" during the Aurora shooting.] Actually, what I have read is that women are supplanting men in the workplace across many fields.
