I'm asking because if it's a real threat you need to inform your managers right away. If he is only testing boundaries have you told him blatantly that it makes you uncomfortable and to stop? I'm not putting it on you, I've been in this situation a few times and I am trying to gauge the next appropriate step for you.

Is it harmless one way flirting or do you really fear for your safety?

Thanks, I did text him and we set up a date. I’m going to try and take more initiative with communication and worry less about my ego and rejection.

Thank you, I just sent a text to him inviting him and his daughter to come swimming today. I guess after this I’ll know where it stands.

You’re totally right, she’s done this before and it’s because she wants more attention from him. I’m not surprised he’s finally done and I don’t blame him BUT she is a friend and a good person. I’m trying to tell her to better herself, move on and don’t contact him and was just looking for advice from you ladies since my relationships always seem to end and my advice might not be the best.

I found information about line and paragraph breaks but not page breaks. Is there a link? Sorry I’m on my phone and having trouble finding the relationship post rules. I did break it up into 3 paragraphs if that’s what was needed?

I can only speak from my experience as someone who is horrible at calling people. I don't really like to talk on the phone and rarely use it but my new boyfriend calls me all the time. Although I don't initiate phone calls it doesn't mean I don't enjoy it or look forward to them. In fact I get disappointed when he doesn't call but I still don't pick up the phone and call him because it's just not my thing. It has nothing to do with how I feel about him. Don't play games, you've got to try and be…

I’m 36 and people compliment me on my looks all the time and I’m completely confident in relationships with all people...except male interest. Always have been and I have to fight not running away when approached. Once I get to know them I’m fine but I don’t know what the hell my problem is. I’ve been this way all my life and it puts me through years of dry spells. Just no matter how uncomfortable it is respond to the text or if they approach you in person make sure to stay and talk and give the…

Just a guess and a bit of an exaggeration for a point but I know my boyfriend pops in my mind way too often. All my female friends talk about is their husband/boyfriends. Most of the time assuming they know what they’re thinking. I imagine that changes once you have children and your thinking of them mostly.

I feel like women think about this stuff way too much. A man will be on our mind 75% of the day and that's just how it is for us so we are constantly over analyzing everything. It's exhausting and it's not our fault. This actually ruins relationships because we make everything about us, their feeling, their actions. Where in reality they think about us maybe 5% of their day and life is what weighs heavy on their minds. If they have changes in drive or behavior it could have absolutely nothing to…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
