I get your point about taking responsibility and all that but let's not forget that the way we are raised is a massive factor in how we behave as adults.

Hit the gym lose weight lean up. You're already 6'2 at 16 so you've got that going for you. Never be afraid of your desires. Always be having fun, it helps if you throw in a couple teases. As Todd said, always think of yourself as a "10 in progress" If you get rejected know it doesn't matter, personally when I get rejected it helps me when I reframe it as her loss cause I'm just awesome. If you have problems bruh I'd say it's just because you care too much. Good Luck

Sick point about how we might consume news for emotional spikes instead of actual information that might be applicable in our situation and how that might affect our view. That's what I've been doing to myself every time I see posts on Social media where men get shamed and seeing posts which criticize and make fun of dudes just for getting out there and making moves. I see these situations where everyone talks shit about the guy then I feel guilty for it even though I didn't do anything wrong lm…

Just finishing up my first sem at college. I'm pretty jacked and see a lot of girls around campus eyeing me but having no balls/being lazy led to me wasting opportunities where I could've approached. I made a bunch of friends though. Everything was kinda harder due to being a commuter, but no excuses I will be moving out soon. I needed this post. Thank you for helping me wake up and realize what I have. I'm just working on a few skills rn (monk mode if you will). By the time I move here I'm goin…

Fam read Levels of Energy by Frederic E. Dodson if you're into books. The link is in one of my previous comments if u need. Trust if you understand the first 30-50 pages of that book you're golden. Also I used to feel just like you, and then I realized that was just my subjective reality. You gotta realize bruh the possibilities are endless. You can do anything. Always go into the mindset of making other people's lives happier for having met you in every situation but also always look out for yo…

Yo one thing that helped me was reading Levels of Energy by Frederick E. Dodson. You can find a free pdf on libgen.pw just read the first 20 pages for a start and see if it applies to you. I for sure can say it relates to me :)

Yo fam, one thing that's helped me is to approach every interaction as if the other person is about to give you a gift. This helped me be interested in everything other people talk about, and to be constantly happy/positive. Also realize that nothing is certain, and the moment will never come back so who gives a fuck if you mess up, no one's gonna remember because they're so focused on themselves. Just try to have much fun as u can at every single moment, and this will draw others in automatical…

I've been doing PPL (Push Pull Legs) for a year now and it's worked pretty well for me. It has more volume than stronglifts which will help u get bigger.

You should read Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now". Pretty lit book.

It seems like you've been through a rough patch recently. I'd recommend reading Eckhart Tolle's "The Power of Now", or at least the first 30 or so pages. It talks about the mind, how to recognize your thought loops and how negative loops have an effect on your emotions. This will help you free yourself from being outcome oriented and improve your approaches.

The Book of Pook was the first book I ever read in terms of this kind of stuff, and I'm glad I did. As far as I remember it's pretty RP, because it especially talks about working on yourself instead of chasing pussy. He also talks about feminine nature and since I read the book before finding TRP I feel like it helped me understandd the principles in the sidebar more.

What happened to the post where the OP mentioned the Femininity is Feigned post by dr_warlock. Can't seem to find it was it removed? Had some thought provoking insights something to do with makeup as far as I remember

Were u following a program during those 6 months or naw? I personally remember starting lifting for 6 months when I was 15, quitting, and doing around 6 months of lifting again when I turned 16. Sadly, I had fuckarounditis and didn't follow a program during all this time, and made very little progress looks/strengthwise. However around last June, I stared following the PPL program 2x a week, and it's been a little over a year and I look pretty good at 5'11 165lbs and I'm 17btw.

Lol bruh that's like saying I like nice tits and ass because of a girl's capability to bare children, and that I like youthful glowing skin because it shows how fertile she is... I mean yeah that might be the reason, but like you said it's subconscious bruh. No one's actively trying to fuck you to get a whiff of your seed, girls are just drawn to you the same way you'd be drawn to a slim waisted girl with big tits and a tight ass.

Hi, I'd like to offer some input. I moved to the west from South Asia when I was 13 (freshman year of high school). Back home, I was a relatively high status guy (high vibration life of the party type of dude)When I first came in, I knew absolutely ZERO people, and struggled to make friends. My accent didn't help either lol. I did turn out fine, but it was a rough start which definitely would have been different if I had been raised here from an earlier age. I don't know where you lived back hom…

Lmao reading your comment makes me feel like we're the same person. Like I've been switching back and forth between being calm and douchey, but when a girl says shit like "you were super hot until you started talking" it just breaks me lol. How do you deal with that?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
