Women with that mentality are not ones you want to associate with anyways don’t try to change their minds.

Let’s just say that was true. You would still feel more confident if you worked out compared to if you didn’t.

Nah man when it comes to approaching girls in the gym I come up with every bs excuse possible🤦🏽‍♂️. Any other setting I’m more than comfortable approaching.

Women today have more options than they can handle so it is possible but not common that they will directly approach you. They will however stare at you and take a chance to be near you. For example I was walking in the gym today and this girl who I have exchanged looks and smiles with before broke her neck to establish eye contact while she was on the treadmill. That is what they will do if they are interested (most likely)

There are so many ways to enhance your masculinity that even the most masculine of men don’t even if have all these qualities. Think of Idris Elba, Tom Hardy, Daniel Craig, Tom Cruise. They all have different masculine traits. Idris Elba and Tom Hardy both have beards. Tom Cruise is very charismatic. Daniel Craig has a mysterious aura about him. Because there are so many traits to masculinity it is better to read books and also analyze traits of masculine figures.

Women don’t like older men simply because they’re older. They like them because they have more resources and are more established. Get a degree if you haven’t already, get a job that you’re actually interested in, have a high income skill. Idk you’re age but there are men in their late 30s who are miserable, age has nothing to do with it.

Be judgemental, don’t settle for someone or accept their faults when their not prepared to do the same for you. You’re allowed to have standards despite what society tells men.

How old are you? Anywhere from the age of 14-25 they have no idea what they want

Sounds like you both want different things. Especially if she’s in her low twenties she is probably still going through her how phase. If you didn’t try to escalate things sexually that is most likely why she lost interest.

It’s all about your body language and the way you look at her along with your mannerisms. Also don’t be afraid to talk about yourself and your ideas talk about something you’re passionate about. Just the way you talk and move can turn a platonic conversation into a flirty conversation. Focus on deep eye contact.

This is the kind of girl you stay away from… plain and simple. Do not even look at her. Give her no attention or validation. If you’re young you are going to discover that there are sooo many women like this.

When we say “focus on yourself” it means prioritize yourself. If you’re out here chasing and worshipping the ground that she walks on she’ll see you as a fan (this does not just apply to women) Make sure you’re putting in hours at work, hitting the gym, keeping up with your hygiene, and are satisfied with yourself, and then go on dates or have a girlfriend, etc.

She’s not worth your time. Move to the next

If you’re feeling of self worth comes from validation of someone else then you will never be happy or confident with yourself

As the others said if you want to find THE guy keep your options open but also DONT PLAY GAMES since you’re in your late 20s you might be passed that stage but if you’re not stop it. It’s frustrating for guys when girls play games.

Don’t try to turn it around, even if she miraculously falls for you toxic is toxic you shouldn’t want that in your life

The truth is it doesn’t matter because you will get a different answer from a lot of girls. Some will say lean, others strong, others in between. I’m 5’10 185 with visible abs rn so I’m more of an in between for my height and I’m most confident like this. Do whatever makes you feel most confident in your body. You mentioned your genetics keep you at a low weight so unless your 6’0 or higher don’t expect to get over 200 lbs.

Hey bro, you’re 15 and in most cases at 15 as long as she is somewhat attractive you’ll probably like her what you had was lust, not love within the next week you’ll probably see someone you like even more, don’t let a rejection get to your head

Make sure you hit your legs, I’ve seen girls makes clowns of other men who have a well built upper body and have chicken legs, also if you want to drop fat eat at a caloric deficit with lots of complex carbs and protein which keeps you full

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
