Point 9 is critical. Look up "Extreme Leadership", book by a former SEAL. It involves essentially taking military leadership and projecting it onto civilian life. Everything your team fails to complete is your fault. There is always something you can be doing to improve a situation you're unhappy with. Internalizing this level of accountability forces you to actually LEAD your team, and it's the only way to have a successful LTR these days. Speculation: in earlier, harder times, this type of lea…

Excellent points from someone who clearly has expertise, but why get married in the first place? Why not stick with being unmarried parents so you limit the state to child support with no alimony period?

You can set firm boundaries, instill dread, and still be pleasant. Not saying "please" when you ask her to do something for you doesn't make you more alpha, it makes you look like a sperglord.

So you're essentially advocating fighting fire with fire, and leveraging one arm of the tyrannical state to fight another. If it's legit, that's actually really smart. Do you have other sources besides your own experience?

Doesn't "notifying the police of the investigation" fly in the face of everything in that video? I'm wondering what the benefit is.

But after Trump, I believe we're more likely to see the pendulum swing further left. It needed to swing right in 2016, but we picked a vain, childish idiot as our standardbearer. And in doing so I believe we've shot ourselves in the collective foot.

The thing that worries me the most is the term "radicalized". Every other instance of the term refers to the process of taking disenfranchised Muslims and motivating them to kill infidels. I can almost guarantee that the usage in the article is specifically intended to draw parallels between the dangers of jihadists and the "dangers" of evil misogynist TRPers. Grow that idea enough, and you eventually get popular support for criminalizing "hate speech" for the sake of "security". The White Knigh…

Trial and error. Plus i noticed that when my "state" (PUA term) was good at bars and what not, and when girls tended to be most receptive to me, was after I'd just gotten done talking with another girl and had a smile on my face.

Bruh that's what I put in lessons learned #2. Like if you can pull off dark and brooding, by all means, do it. But figure out what you can pull off, whether it's by asking close friends or just being more aware of people's reactions to you. Also for the noobs here, smiling is generally better advise. AFAIK Brooding only really works well if you have the bone structure and physique for it (think Don Draper or Khal Drogo, idk actor's names), so your average dude is better off smiling

People said the exact same things to me about "walking with a purpose" and "man on a mission" before as well, and I never thought they were negative attributes. They're signs of intensity and high energy, which is good. But too much makes you look like you're trying too hard. Reference Law 30: "Make your accomplishments seem effortless". Of course I don't know you, but you may be having the same problem I had. Also, dude, stretch. As someone who's currently dealing with hamstring and shoulder mo…

Something, but within reason. Unless he's actively threatening her or me, I'm not going to fight. I have a career that depends on not having a criminal record, and no bitch is worth scuffling over. So going up to him and telling him to "stop, or else" isn't going to work for me, because I can't back up that threat. Hell, he has every right to send a girl drinks. So I'll retaliate in a way that's within my rights and doesn't involve me making empty threats.

I like that this goes against conventional TRP wisdom on mate-guarding. What would some of you have suggested this other man do, if not say/do something himself? I'd like to see what others would've done. Personally, I would've just drank the drinks he sent (maybe split them with the girl?) and tell the bartender to ask him to send more.

Not an active CCW holder at the moment, can't really speak to the procedure there. I will say that for apartment defense, rather than going for non-lethal munitions I'd advocate an AR-15 with standard ball .223 ammo. The reason is that shotgun slugs, pistol rounds, and most calibers above .223 have a much more significant issue with "overpenetration", while .223 is pretty much the lightest round that can still kill someone easily. As for the rest of the comment, it sounds like you have a good se…

Your point about women in the city hating weapons is spot on. I carry a little kershaw assisted opener with me, and both the women and the manginas shit their panties if I pull it out for any reason. But honestly dude, I'm curious why your weapons are out where bitches can see them. You never know when she's gonna go crazy, if she might grab at the weapon in the heat of the moment, tell her friends that you have guns that are easy to steal, etc. And if shit ever goes south between y'all, being a…

Devs, be very careful with actually using off site storage. Some companies don't take kindly to this, and will literally put you in prison for saving anything you do on their time to off site storage. Look up Sergey Aleynikov for details.

Really wanna emphasize the Anterior Pelvic Tilt thing, aka swayback. It's a very subtle thing, and you may not notice it but for the lower back pain and just feeling a bit off, but it's critical to fix. I developed it by not recovering properly from an injury, and from doing too many deadlifts and not enough squats. Then my lower back started hurting when I ran, sat, lay in bed, did anything. Keep your lifting split balanced, do core work, and mind your posterior chain. I fixed my APT and the re…

As someone like you who, who autistically overanalyzes social situations like that, I feel ya kid. For me, the key was to analyze myself just like you did, but only AFTER the interaction. During the interaction, you need to have no voice at all in your head. Practicing mindfulness works well for this. But it's still a great start. Use this momentum; keep approaching, keep trying things, don't give up. Keep lifting and never get married.

Difficult to say why you haven't had any success previously. But thankfully you're here. Keep lifting, keep pounding heauxs, always wear a condom, and be prepared for plenty of girls to "accidentally" forget to take their birth control when they're with you. If you've lurked around here for any period of time, you know how it goes. The bitterness will go away with time, but always keep a bit around so you don't catch oneitis. Oh, and, everyone say it with me, NEVER GET MARRIED.

Devil's Advocate: "Anything worth doing is worth overdoing; moderation is for cowards" -from Marcus Luttrell's book, Lone Survivor SEAL mentality, expressed in their informal creed. There are times when overdoing is necessary. Those of us here looking to do extraordinary things need to put in an extraordinary amount of work and training, however that manifests itself, in order to achieve our goals. For the rest of life, ESPECIALLY with women, I agree wholeheartedly with OP. Don't put in too much…

My understanding is that psychopaths feel dampened emotions. For instance, while you might feel a flood of endorphins while killing someone, the psychopath feels maybe a tenth of what you feel. This isn't something you can learn, it's a medical condition. As for psychopathic behavior, the best way to emulate this is to learn to control your fear/fight/flight response to situations. This is what makes psychopathic tendencies useful, because an actual psychopath won't have to deal with as much fea…

In very much the same place as you, brother. I used to be incredibly idealistic, and it was what motivated me to get up in the morning. But TRP has shattered my worldview, and as I try to pick up the pieces and form a new one, nihilism seems most congruent. Nihilism isn't useful, though. It doesn't push me to accomplish anything, or even help me figure out where to direct my energy. I have all this freedom now, plus plenty of resources from the self-improvement parts of TRP. But I have no idea w…

My go-to: knowing grin, blow off the question. If she presses, either "I honestly don't know" or "don't worry about it, just know that I know what I'm doing," both delivered casually with a smile. Everyone has a different standard for what's "high" or "low". Plus I've met girls who are honestly grossed out by partner counts that are too obscenely high. If you don't give her details, her mind will fill in what she wants your n-count to be. And that's what you want

Kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Do them I don't know what your porn consumption is like but it may be good to up it a bit, to desensitize yourself so you don't cum as fast Thicker condoms will dull the sensation = cum slower The loss of boner thing is nervousness. I'm in a similar situation, although I'm not nearly as involved in the swinger scene as you are. It's awesome. The saying that "women are willing to share an alpha" rings so true. Plus you get nearly constant preselection points. Question, though: Do you ever worry that your girl is going to get jealous of your freedom to fuck and insist that she gets to have the same latitude? I would next mine if she did this, and I'm sure you would probably next yours if she got uppity. But do you do anything…

I'm starting to agree that D/s (Dominant/submissive) relationships really are the answer to LTR maintenance. D/s requires you to behave paternally towards her, while forcing her to acknowledge that she needs that paternalism, that you can make rules for her own good, and that you effectively own her (at least for now). It requires you to be sexually skilled and have rock-solid frame (if you tell her you're going to force her to cum or deny her sex, you need to be able to do so). In short, it's e…

Need more background on you to give solid advice, OP. But based on this I'd say your main barriers seem to be psychological. To rule out the physical, I'd say focus on getting more sleep, cutting out alcohol, and doing nofap for a couple of weeks, if you aren't already. From there you can start to figure out whether you're dealing with nervousness, self-esteem issues, depression, or just anger phase keeping you down.

Women aren't allowed into "combat roles" like Infantry, but women have been under direct fire as MPs and as part of Female Engagement Teams, especially during the Long War. Look up Leigh Ann Hester, for example. I agree with the overall sentiment of the thread, but be careful not to minimize the accomplishments of hardass women who actually can pull their own weight.

My go-to is always the fake-feminist/sex-positive facade. Used on my current LTR to verify before LTR-ing. Act really, REALLY open about sex. Talk about all the kinky stuff you've done in the past (bonus points if you don't have to lie), and make her feel like whatever she's done pales in comparison to what you've done. If anything, you can incentivize her to inflate her numbers to try to keep up with yours.

"Hakuna matata, we go very fast" If there's one RP principle that Africans have internalized, it's the DGAF attitude. I was in East Africa and got the same treatment quite frequently. And you're right, there's a whole cadre of old mzungu, mostly western european, who go there and insulate themselves from everything in 5-star hotels. You might as well just stay on your couch and watch Travel Channel if you're gonna do that.

You've done a fairly good job identifying your weak points, also know this: Never ever ever ever reveal your emotional attachment to a woman before she reveals hers to you. No matter how much you care about her, wait till she's frustrated and angsty to the point of tears, because she's fallen for you and she wants you to care about her but thinks you don't. Then, only then, do you start to reveal bits and pieces of emotional attachment. Wait till she almost exclusively comfort tests instead of s…

It doesn't matter what OP said when he shouted, the fact that he let emotions show and raised his voice at an inappropriate time constitutes a loss of frame. Never show discomfort. Yes, OP has shitty friends. Yes, he's better off without them. But these people could have been useful to you in the future, and you burned those bridges. Yeah, def anger phase. That's cathartic but ineffective. Remember, "women are like children". She's playing her little games, and it's really kinda cute when you think about it. And then you just need to knowingly smirk at her, because you know what she's thinking, and she knows you know what she's thinking, and then you take what you want.

Keep holding frame. You're almost there, she'll break soon. You don't necessarily need to next her just yet, your LTR dynamic is never set in stone. Use this as an opportunity to increase your position of power in the relationship. Don't contact her, let her come back to you. A bit of dread game is appropriate here if you want to twist the knife.

There's a bunch of different ways. You can get on Fetlife, make an account, and start going to bdsm meetups in your area. Me personally, I've been a sadist since before I knew was sadism was, and I have a weird way of finding the kinkiest girl in a room. So I just kinda got into it through experience. Not really into the whole "serious BDSM" scene b/c it's way too feminist and mostly composed of post-wall women and creepy dudes. So I stick to spanking and choking curious college girls with daddy…

Thank you. I wouldn't say that the negative reactions are from feminists or white knights, I think it's just a legitimate debate about whether I'm abusive/sociopathic, and whether or not lying/cheating is justified in this situation. If you get a girl who won't sleep with you that quickly, there's no need to blow her off. Exchange info and make a graceful exit. You differentiate yourself by not getting frustrated by her, and you never know if maybe she'll start getting tingly over you later and text you. Also I almost never go for the kiss in public. Invite her back to your place on some pretext, then once you've got her in private you can unleash her inner freak. Isolate, escalate, execute.

Its execution relies on rituals, language, and props. Whenever you are pulling someone into your frame, use props, good wording, and rituals to help convince people. Whether you are trying to deceive or benevolently lead someone it will always work the same way. Play the part. "Theatricality and deception are powerful agents. You must become more than just a man in the mind of your opponent" -Ra's al Ghul, Batman Begins (2005) Good advice from both sources. tl;dr Be Batman.

The last part of your FR was painfully familiar. I'm finding the same thing. Dealing with women using RP techniques is like playing a video game using cheat codes. It's fun for a while, but it gets boring and monotonous quickly. You know how to win just about every game, and when it's no longer a challenge, it's no longer stimulating. I'm really curious how the more advanced RP guys get around this.
