Ive pondered whether ive had a variety of illness’s im done drudging through and speculating, i am gonna see a psychiatrist soon. Thanks After looking at symptoms of bdd i think ive had for a long time, I would stare in mirrors and analyze selfies quite often even back when i thought i was highly attractive. Recently finding flaws ive had based on looksmaxxers standards i became quite devistated. Only someone with bdd would react this way.

Interesting you picked up on that Yes Ive had problems with all those. I believe it stems from anxiety problems that started early on but i feel like it also fits autism. Intrusive thoughts is the name of the game for me, ive always had uncontrollable obsessions and some very minor ticks. A lotta times I feel like I have the issues of a teenage girl so youre spot on with that

oh yeah that's what i said right? why the hell does self improvement have to always be in the context of getting women? I am into self improvement, I workout, I learn skills, and quite often.
