Tell me about it! I worked at McD's from 16 years old and saved over half of everything I made. I also bought very little. Then went to a local college and continued to work part time. I lived at home to not have to pay rent and I am currently debt free. I lift and have done a few martial arts in my life. Modern Jiujitsu, Judo, Karate, Gong Fu. Really they all help. Best combo is a modern style striking with grappling. I have quit martial arts for time and cash restraints, but I will forever lift. I can practice martial arts on my own and retain some skill, but I cannot maintain muscle without lifting.

I have been slapped. When I was young and inexperienced, I dated a girl who when things were getting spicy would tell me to stop, so I would stop.
