2	Would you feel apprehensive flying a female piloted airplane? I’ve flown with many female pilots and they pretty much have all been great. I can’t think of any psychological traits that women have that would make them worse pilots. Flying is mainly about muscle memory, procedures, and multi-tasking which women do just as well as men if not slightly better. 1	Question about flake rate, statistics and method Sounds normal to me. People in general are flaky. Expect them and setup dates where if they don't show up you don't care. If they don't show then they aren't worth your time. I would suggest going out maybe 1-2 days after asking them. A week is quite a bit of time to lose interest.
