Those that say they were sexually assaulted and those that say they were innocent. My understanding was that she was trying to make the process more coherent across schools. I didn't see anywhere listed that she was meeting with MRAs, or only MRAs. In fact title 9 could best be described as some type of binding arbitration. However the difference as I see it, is that in most civil cases the burden is on the accuser to prove preponderance, not on the accused. That is an almost impossible mountain to climb when it's he/she said.
