Take what the law gives you because like everyone else is saying if roles were reversed she would be taking that and more if she could. I had to end up giving slightly more than 50/50 as I just wanted to end the process and get everything done. Cost of doing business.

I think it depends on what is outlined in your final divorce decree but I ended up agreeing to do 2 two week blocks instead of 30 days straight just because of my work schedule. Technically though yes, to answer your question July has 5 fridays so yes that last weekend would count towards your time. Summer break changes alot of rules so it depends on what you actually agreed with your ex.

That’s true. Obviously it feels nice when someone compliments you regardless of sex. In the end. We men are simple creatures, don’t make things too complicated for us.

That’s an interesting point of view. I can see where the competitive nature might come into play but just like you said, men can be competitive without sabotaging another man’s life and usually will admit a loss and move on. I would say in most cases their friends and social media will push them towards it. In my case, my stbxw was told by all her friends to go through with the divorce. Her best friend btw is someone who has never been married and is always dating married men knowingly and unknowingly. My opinion, i don’t think majority of women can see another woman happy, so the unhappy ones will do their best to have them join the unhappy masses.

Thanks for clarifying that. Figured that much but wasn’t sure. That does sound better given too much time away from the kids does suck.

No that isn’t the reason we did the SPO for now. We were going to just continue living together until divorce was finalized but the fighting was just too much and i was tired of it. Moved out and we were going to see how this went but obviously she is not having an easy time. Obviously if we end up splitting the kids more evenly, I’m not going to pay full support. There is no child support at this time anyway.

What does the 2-2-3 mean?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
