Not focusing on the sex or thinking of the pleasure as much. Focus on something else that will mentally distract you, like counting the holes in the drywall that her ex Kyle punched in or creating a to-do list. Also, as someone else has said previously, alternate between long deeps strokes and grinding. Grinding for a minute will let you rest and regroup a bit in case you are about to cum to quick.

Try numbing creme. Anything with 5% Lidocaine. Put on for 10-15 minutes, then wash off before initiating sex. Use it along with mental training and you should be fine. Remember, 10-15 minutes max. Any longer and you risk going soft because you can't even feel that you have a dick at all.

Very true. Very deep indeed. I never was in this situation before, so it was all new to me and really tested me in many ways. But I am glad I finally went for it, it shows me my weak spots that I need to strengthen. No oneitis here at all. I am basically using her as one big FR. The top 3 reasons for me: Confidence (most important) An avenue to release anger and other emotions instead of stewing in them. Sense of accomplishment. No matter how shit of a day I have after I work out. I know that the day wasn't a complete waste because I managed to slam some iron that morning. Think of it as a stepping stone.
