I think my comments have shown that I'm able to "look beyond that" and ascertain the plausible problems (and solutions) accurately. 1	That’s what I thought I already responded to this in another comment: I do agree society has, historically, pushed women and men towards different jobs and that this is a bad thing. But this problem can pretty much only be addressed by changing the way we educate kids (which we have greatly improved over the years) and will take 10-15 years before we can actually gauge the effects it has.
