You can’t change your childhood, but you can use all of that as fuel to better yourself. I try to look at mine as a blessing, because without all of that I probably wouldn’t have had such terrible social anxiety and depression. And without those I wouldn’t have had all that drive to improve myself . Your perspective/attitude/frame is so powerful.
