A 14 year old male is old enough to make his own choices imo. I wish I was having sex at 14 and 15, that's all I thought about all day, that's for sure.

I'm sure this is an unpopular opinion, but this shouldn't be a criminal matter imo. A 16 year old boy is old enough to make his own decisions. If the school wants to make a policy against relationships that's fine, she should be fired - but a 16, 17, 18 year old boy is not a child and should have the freedom to engage in sex acts if he chooses.

Crude is a relative term. By crude I meant it only looks at something like .0001% of their DNA to make the determination. It's a very crude but accurate test.

Yes, I know they can't say with 100% certainty based off of that crude test. They could however say: With 99.998% certainty we conclude that ______ is the father of __________.

Actually, you don't have to apply. If you don't you're not granted access to certain government benefits though, like student loans.

I wish this got more press. I think it's pathetic that people don't care when prisoners are raped - they are people, and should be treated with respect and dignity. Rape in prison should be prosecuted just as vigorously and carry the same penalties as rape outside of prison.

Same thing happened with my parents 20 years ago, about the same amount of debt. My dad was really pissed when he found out. It took them over 5 years but working together they got it paid off and my dad forgave her for it, and now they are happier than ever. I wouldn't file for divorce over this if it were me, if this is the only reason you want to get a divorce her I think you should reconsider.
