He used to regularly upload podcasts on the Body IO youtube channel up until 2014, they're great. He's back with some Q&A type podcasts with community members which are also good, lots of valuable info. So much fluff in the supp industry you're right, feels good to know which ones actually produce results. CBL's a great system as the feasts motivate you to workout heavily. Donuts, pizza, cereal, white bread, cookies etc. How did you come across Kiefer and his work?

The supplements he recommends in the book are paramount, without them I wouldn't have packed on as much muscle. Sounds nice, I'd like to get some sticky white rice with soy sauce in my feasts more. I've started counting calories and making sure I'm in a deficit daily as I felt my progress was starting to slow down, I was eating way too much overall I think as I'm seeing progress again since I started counting cals. Maybe that would help you get to your goal faster.
