If they are claiming you are the father then yes immediately at childbirth they should do a DNA test to validate it. I think it should be mandatory.. you should never hear about a guy that raised 4 kids and none of them are his because she thought he was safe and a good father figure for the kids.. it's not healthy for the kids and the father alike.
