I do forearm exercises every day with dumbbells and also calf exercises, but they are barely growing. Especially my wrist is really thin and not growing at all. I don't drink because of medical reasons and if a girl doesn't like that she can fuck off. Besides that, I like going out and dancing so much that I give others the impression that I did have a few drinks. When I admit I'm completely sober they are always somewhat surprised.
