5	Getting stuck making a move I'm no expert but I would say the context and mood of your relationship and conversations prior to her getting in the car makes a big difference. For example if you were completely platonic before then it would probably seem weird to suddenly change the relationship dynamic to sexual. You can regain up to like 90% of the sensitivity and pleasure and all of the foreskin function through restoration.
