2	Seddit.. I am normally pretty good at talking to girls but.. I just saw a girl who I think is "the one" and i literally can't say one word to her. 3	Alpha Girls and thoughts on leading groups Sounds like you found an awesome group of people! With most groups the leader embodies the style of the group, so Ellen being so open and friendly probably means that the whole group is receptive to meeting new people.
