1	Advice about work fatigue? Try real estate investment. Buy a duplex and rent the other side, or a triplex and rent the other units. Lots of local banks give benefits to owner-occupiers in financing options. Use rent from the other units to cover the mortgage. This way, you can build equity over time, eventually refinance, or use the equity to leverage purchasing other properties.
