The hidden premise on positive freedoms is that you deserve the outcome you occupy on life, which is a just-world hypothesis to justify the outcome hierarchy as moral and fair. It belongs to the same family of ideological claims as "the poor are poor because they're lazy" even when that's not necessarily the case, but it helps giving peace of mind to those who believe it at the expense of others. It pretends there are clear, natural and fair rules where there aren't.

Because people never quit having an hegemonic, hierarchical view on others. To such people, the word "freedom" only means that such a hierachy is morally right because it is natural and not manmade
