Yeah. You've obviously never been in a situation where some one is pushing and shoving you aggressively. And didn't stop after you asked. The guy said straight up he did not want to be touched. That's a fair warning. I'd have done the same. You don't get to invade some ones personal space and get away with a slap on the wrist. At least not when you're trying to shove them around.

There is a legal requirement to obey the officer. End of story. The officer will not make unlawful demands of you. How is this so hard to understand? Especially since, once again. It wasn't even an unreasonable request. For all the officer knew, she could have been trying to hid something by keeping the window rolled up. Are you... being serious? Police are an authority. Whether you believe it so or not. When you violate the law, you are required to obey the reasonable requests of an officer. This officer made no unreasonable requests. The girl in question made a traffic violation and was asked to roll down her windows all the way, so that the officer could speak with her and get her to sign the ticket.
