What this is teaching us is to sleep with married women because then you will not be liable for child support.

Based on the article, she is still contacting the dude. There is no power any more to abuse.

Why though? Why fuck an inmate (and try to be with them) who likely is going to have a harsh life. She doesn't look bad either. She could get with plenty of other dudes that have a better personality, looks, and future prospects. The convict must have been some model looking dude.

One solution I've heard is that organizations dedicated to serving women disproportionately affected by a specific trend should shift their mission to include services to men. There is no need for that. Equality is not taking from one to give to another. It would be better to have organizations be able to address male inequality without getting criticized by everyone "because men have more privilege." For example, men are the sole victims of false paternity claims, so... I think this is a great …

More women put women down than men do. It just is how it is. Think about how often the two sexes will trash talk a girl's hair, clothes, weight, etc. Most of the time it is a girl doing it.

Let's not forget that racism is an extension of tribalism which was found in Africa long before white people even existed. Shit, long before black people existed too. That shit goes back to fucking animals in the prehistoric ages.

That is super fucked. It is like she (first person in the infograph) has no idea what the hell she is talking about. The whole horde vs alliance thing in WoW showed us that even if we look different and come from different places, we can be good or evil. I mean, look at fucking arthur! He became a fucking lich king while the leader of the horde became a figure that fought for the fate of the world! Shit, if anything you would have a better chance alluding to the game story saying that the allian…

But they forget that no matter who gets punched, it always hurts. Nah, they don't forget. They just don't care. They feel that the person getting punched from below deserves it. I bet 99.999% of people that are "woke" would cheer if a billionaire lost everything and say that they deserved it. I bet most of them would cheer if that billionaire caught covid and died.

Shit 2020 us poor (literally, financially poor) white people sound pretty unprivileged right now. All the expectations to live up to because we are white and then the disdain and contempt when we fail to live up for them because we "blew our privilege" or some shit.

and that’s to everyone’s benefit in victimhood culture Nah, funny enough, it is to the benefit of some of those people classified as rich and powerful that care more about themselves than their fellow man.

Except for that last part... Normal people don't consider just the possibility of survival enough.

People die from car accidents every day, almost everyone old enough to drive a car know that you can die from car accidents. Unless she was mentally disabled, there is no reason for her not to expect the possibility of someone dying from her actions. If you were to shoot a gun at a building and kill someone inside, you would get murder charges. Because you know of the possibility of death. The same should have been for her.

"I believe (Mitchell is) incapable of controlling his emotions, and when he doesn't get what he wants, he will go to any lengths to get it," Hunt said. Oh he can't control his emotions, but if a guy were to control his emotions, they would instead be calling him a sociopath that is plotting all this against her...

I think security cameras in a home can be expected except in a bathroom (and maybe even expected in the master bathroom if attached only to the master bedroom).

I'd be alright with paying alimony to a cheating wife if they made her do yardwork and cleaning and shit every day for 6-8 hours. At least until my stuff starts getting broken/missing.

It was emotional manipulation that he wouldn't marry her if she didn't sign it Isn't that the point of every prenup? To say that I will not marry you unless you promise that you are not doing it just to take my money later...

Even then, in those 20 years she could have taken classes and gotten a degree or many other things. If a spouse chooses to stay at home and not better themselves despite the working spouse offering them the option. Then the non-working spouse does not deserve alimony. It isn't like the spouse is going to take care of the house after the divorce, so why should you continue to support them financially after the divorce?

HR has already dragged their feet it. She should go talk to a lawyer.

It is easier to control the masses when they are divided. Think about how unions work and how many companies hate unions and why they hate unions.

My roommate was just telling me about how some creep at work keeps touching her ass and the HR lady literally said “boys will be boys”. I don't believe this for one moment. Something else is going on, or this was not said at all. Mainly because this would bring about huge easy to win lawsuits that could cripple any small-medium sized company and be a huge headache for even giants. Your friend needs to go to the police and a lawyer asap if this really happened.

I think I was banned from /r/legaladvice for quoting a law and providing a source. Unfortunately the law involved self defense and resisting an unlawful arrest. I pm'ed the moderators multiple times to see why I was banned and they couldn't tell me. That sub is full of people saying "talk to a lawyer" instead of providing actual laws and help.

How does telling group B they can't play with X object encourage group A to play with X object? Her goal "may" not have been to deny boys but that is what she did. She caused a sure problem to attempt to solve a problem. Her intent "may" have been positive but for a teacher involved with child at that age to make a blunder that bad shows that she does not possess the mentality to keep those kids safe. She literally sacrificed the interests of Group B for Group A. She made a sexist choice instead…

Well African Americans are usually better than most other races at basketball. We should exclude them from playing in recess so that the other races can get a chance to get ahead. It's only a hour or so of recess so it should be fine. I mean they can just play basketball at home right? Presumably they have plenty of access to them outside of that hour period. Oh and girls are the majority of nurses so we should cut them out of playing with doctor toys at play time. And they are the majority of t…
