I look at this a different way. She is simply a cog in the wheel. I’m not a fan of most pop music, but Minaj is a classically trained singer who can in fact, sing well. She has this persona and image to appeal to the masses and sings songs that major record companies put out to appeal to stupid people. She is a marketing decision, Like most pop artists, they have musical talent but make shit music because it sells.

Banks are interested in making money (see what I did there). They don’t give you money because they are generous it is because they make money off of you. Therefore, don’t trust the banks. But, if you make sound financial decisions and live within your means it won’t be a problem. Don’t buy a big house and don’t have kids. Save your money and retire early.

You’re right, nobody cares about you and everybody is looking out for themselves. It takes balls and introspection to realize it. You can either wallow about it or fight to become the man you always wanted to be. Consider this, who matters to you more than yourself? Find out what you like about life and what you like about yourself and follow that. In the end you won’t matter to almost anybody, but to yourself and those close to you, you might.

That’s fair. If your religion is inspiring you to improve yourself then I see no problem in that. My issue is with those who criticize others who are not religious and don’t even abide by most of the rules of their own religion.
