That's because real self improvement comes from deep reflection, evaluation, and change. Nobody else can do it for you.

I'm really trying to work out what your step-dad's sister in-law is? Is that your step-dad's ex-wife's sister? Or your step-dad's wife's current sister, which would just be your sister?

What I read: when a woman makes you wait, you lose frame. He kept frame. It's that simple.

I hated tinder and hinge, and the "etiquette" is probably different based on location and age. You're in a similar age bracket to me, though I'm from the UK. My dislike for these apps is because I wouldn't really have the time to take out of my schedule to go on dates. Thus, once I'd arrange something, it was happening with or without her present. We also have a huge drinking culture here so it was weird, if I was sticking to my training routine, to go on a date and not drink. In my experience, …

It's been a wild ride for me. I was down around 20 lbs at one point and now I'm down a net of c. 4lbs. That said, I've increased S/B/D total by 90lbs and have clearly gained lean body mass. I'm calling it a win overall as I'm back to training on Monday after a fortnight off with nagging injuries from my peak. Enjoy your freedom!

I train so early now, why get up at 7am when you can get up at 6am some people say, I say why get up at 6am when you can get up at 8am one day early? Now I train at 7pm the day before my workout is even scheduled. There's only so much time in a day and the only true way to accomplish more is to sleep less outside of realising when you're most productive.

> Since magnesium plays a role in neuromuscular transmission and muscle contraction, it has been hypothesised that magnesium deficiency may predispose to muscle cramps. Thus magnesium supplements are often recommended to prevent cramps. I personally take magnesium for this reason. I also highly recommend reading this article on Vitamin D: https://www.strongerbyscience.com/vitamin-d/

If you're not a SHW then you should be jacked as a powerlifter anyway. 10% bodyfat at 93kg is stronger than 20% bodyfat at 93kg.

Yeah man! I've always wanted art work but been about too obsessive to know where to hang it. Finally getting a 1930s Duesenberg picture printed out to go near my whiskey rack / table which is project I'm planning to build myself!

/malelivingspace is my newfound sub! Also, depending on your goals and progression, /powerlifting /strongman /advancedfitness. I find the mods on /fitness a joke.

I just want to chime in on all the people saying invest in crypto... If I invested $100 I would put at least 90 into a global index tracker fund before even thinking about crypto.

You accept the consequences of your actions. Any other advice you find here is not red pill at all. You fucked up now you want to lie about it. It's pathetic.
