Feminism, as a school of thought, is based on theories that fundamentally cannot recognize the problems men face as being anything more than negligible compared to the problems faced by women and explains the issues faced by men as epiphenomena (I think that word fits there; learned it a few weeks ago) of the issues faced by women. Such a difference cannot be reconciled.

What ever happened to the good ole political trick of saying things like "We're conducting a fair and transparent investigation into the matter and we are prepared to bring down the full weight of the law/disciplinary action. Fellow citizens, be assured that justice will be served" and then secretly returning to drinking in the office. Basically, just stalling until nobody cares anymore. That'd be worlds more preferable than hasty, reflexive action.

Nine out of 10 single parents are women. Those factors leave them particularly vulnerable to spending cuts .... "Doubling the amount of free childcare available to working parents will help more women back into work".
