Clutch is my favorite band. They are the perfect band for when you want to push the seat back a little lower and watch light bend in the blower.

I wouldn’t have a baby at 18, that’s for sure. Also, I wouldn’t worry about relationships and would focus on college.

She finally started working. My child support was her paycheck and she’s been on welfare. She complains to me about working when we talk and I say “Remember when you were a housewife and hated it?” She usually shuts up there.

That’s exactly my plan. I fantasize about trading my car in for something extra sexy, but I have learned that true freedom is being debt free.

I am going to quit my job soon with no back up plan. My ex-wife lives 2 hours away and she has done a shitty job raising our kids. I feel like I need to get them away from her. My kids asked me to move close to them and said they would live with me. I have been a huge fuck up my whole life but I can't fuck this up because of them. I want to start a business with my kids so they will have something when I die. I am looking forward to the challenge.

I have been off work for the past 3 months on disability and it has been an eye opener. I don't know if I can go back. Would love to start my own business and give corporate America the finger.

Political correctness killed comedy for me. Can you imagine someone like Dice debuting today? It's sad really when I think about it because stand up used to be one of my favorite things in life. I wish George Carlin and Mitch Hedberg were alive. Mitch would be the Twitter fucking Master, and Carlin would have a field day on the current state of the United States. If I ever get a portal gun Rick and Morty style, I'm hoping over to that dimension.

I don't know, waking up to go to a job I don't hate would be one thing I would want. One huge thing I regret not doing is finishing college. I dropped out to work two jobs to make a woman happy and that got me nowhere fast. As far as the rest of my life goes, I am going to do whatever I want to do. The only person holding me back is me.

Yes, I can see that happening. I chose to be a corporate slave to make a woman and kids dreams come true. Now I'm left at a job I hate and full of regret. If I am going to regret how my life turned out anyways, I would choose to chase my dreams instead.

Disagree. From my experience, the majority of the shooting community are just hard working, law abiding citizens. Sure, there are some retards, but this goes for any section of society.

The indoctrination is real. What I was told a "good man" should do vs what I should be doing is day and night. Reminds me of The Matrix movie. I was so plugged in to the system that I couldn't see the obvious truth. Man, my eyes still hurt!

True, but you don't know how often I have a drink. The number of times I drink in a year can be counted on both hands, so 10 or less. It isn't a problem.

I hear you, but we should always try to do everything right. It's what separates us from them. Don't worry, I am picking up the pieces of my life one by one. I feel like I am 10 years behind on things because of the failed marriage and subsequent rape in the court/child support system.

Understood. I also believe in questioning everything. I will answer the three things the other guy asked about. Drugs/illegal activities - I had a drug problem when I was younger. It clouded my judgement and made me act like a different person. I wasted 3 years of my life with it. After my wife and I separated I got really depressed and turned to drugs to cope. It was a huge mistake. Taking risks - I took the road well traveled and got a job working at a large company. I did this to provide for …

They are upset that they don't have the balls it takes to flip society the bird and live life on their own terms. It's easier to be a follower than it is to be a leader.

I remember the first time I met my wife's boyfriend after we separated. It was really hard at first, but it gets better. I have since met at least 20 guys. I don't even try to remember their names anymore because I know they are temporary. The best thing to do is focus on yourself and your development as a man. She can fuck all the dudes she wants, but you being as successful as possible will be the sweetest revenge.

GYOW requires you to not give a shit about other people's opinions of your life. You have to let it go and not worry about it. When people ask why you're single just say "I don't know. Guess I am too busy being happy." Then you smile and watch them die a little inside. It's good times.

Hey man, get what you want. A man's got to love something, and a nice car will always be there for you and won't fuck every guy on the block. Plus it will attract women, and that will give you the pleasure of turning them down and driving off with all your money in your wallet. :)

I don't have a problem with paying child support. I do have a problem with the child support system, though. The system just takes my money and passes it to my ex-wife, end of story. There is no accountability there for her. She is free to do whatever she wants with the money. I mean, it's CHILD support, not MOM support. The money is supposed to be used for the child.

Yes! When they would tell me that I would think that was selfish on their part. Like they valued having someone to talk to over my general happiness. Dude, I have never thought the reason my married friends don't come around anymore is because their wife didn't want them to see how much I enjoyed being single. My mind is blown because I think you are right, especially in the case of my former best friend. His wife really pushed hard for me to get remarried and set me up with most of her single f…
