Well thought-out answer. However, I disagree with the premise of the following: There is also a body of group research in the area regarding performance in corporate environments surrounding concepts like group think which show that basically lack of gender/ethnic diversity is basically bad and results in lowered performance. The premise here is that those who look alike must think alike, which itself is racist to a hyperbolic level. Oh, the irony of the SJWs that care only for diversity of skin…
