Yes, The point of red pill is to be cool calm and collected to be that master of yourself and your emotions. I think a lot of people cough cough /r/blupill take our stuff as being angry when we point out the horrible shit women sometimes pull. However there is a big difference between being angry and acknowledging that something is stupid/ unfair and accepting it because that is how people are and all you can do is to figure out the best way to deal with them.
