The idea that any non-violent sex is rape is retarded. Rape, by definition, is forced sex. In order to force sex, physical force must be used to subdue an unwilling participant. If a woman gives her consent to a sex act, even if it's by showing no opposition to the act (i.e. being openly submissive), it is not rape. The only exception I can think of is if the girl was drugged without her knowledge.
