Though I think what would need to be done to show that, economically, there is a pro woman bias in divorce courts is a comparison of different situations. You would need to look at the outcome when men earn the majority of household income, when it is equal and also when women own the majority. It is also important to remember that while purely in terms of income a woman may bring less money into the typical marriage, she often takes on the role of a housewife. 5	On Teaching Men Not To Rape What I see in this is that it is about who, morally, is to blame for the rape. In every case of rape the moral responsibility is with the rapist. 7	On Teaching Men Not To Rape Bridget didn't miss the point, she was pointing out a flaw in your analogy. In the case of the kind of rape we're talking about there is no accidental rape. The perpetrator always knows they are setting out to rape and so the incident happens because of them, and they are to blame. However in the case of the car crashes, they are most likely accidental, so it isn't the fault of the drivers.
