1	After years of approach anxiety, I've approach a group of 4 girls yesterday ! Just told them '' How are you ? '' and get a number. Great that you finally made some progress. One thing: You are always going to feel some Approach Anxiety. Especially in the beginning, if you go out and feel nervous approaching but conquer that fear during the session, does not mean your are NOT going to be nervous some other day in the same week.
