Two totally different dynamics. When a woman says it the guy is pretty much always down. If you outright say to your date "were having sex tonight, right?". Most women will give pushback. You have to give most women plausible deniability, suggest they come up for one last drink, etc. It's better for the sex to be implied. Good luck getting her to verbally commit to it early in the night.

I have plans to start my own surveying business but let's be real. You can't learn everything you need to know without doing the grind for 5 to 10 years out college. You can't even get the licenses for 4 years out of college. In that mean time, it's good to know how to playing the negotiating game.

Isn't it bad form to talk about previous hookups and exs when meeting someone new? If i was with a new girl i wouldn't tell her that I'm very heterosexual and ive dated a number of women. It's just not what you want to be thinking about when meeting new people.

I got myself in fairly good shape after years of doing nothing physical. It needs to become a priority for you. If you enjoy reading, read a fitness book. If you enjoy movies watch fitness documentaries. Just immerse yourself in that mindset and learn as much as you can. Then fitness becomes something your knowledgeable aboutand always on your mind. You have to just jump in.

I'm doing it right now at 24. I went to some Young Professional Meetings and met some guys who are into the same stuff as me at work. From there I got invited to play on a volleyball team and met some cool people. Once you know a couple people don't hesitate to try and find some stuff to do around town and then INVITE THEM to go with you, my go to was frisbee golf. Don't make the mistake of just waiting for people to ask you to do stuff. You need to become someone that people want to have around…
