Compliments as openers work only on some women. It's very forward and takes way more confidence then many other openers, which you should aim for anyways, you should always follow a compliment with something that she will respond to naturally. If she responds and is happy to respond to you after a compliment then it will always come off as both warm and sincere. For example. Hey I think that Packers jersey looks great on you. My name is Sirpapilon what's your's?

Stop putting hard limits on interaction. Find something you both will enjoy or don't do anything at all. Sometimes a movie is the perfect bridge from another date, some women like the comfort of the movies for example. Though I do agree most of the time it is not optimal, but any thing goes in this game as long as it's enjoyable. Personally a movie theater can be a very good place to end a night, older showings of course.

^ This is how I got over my still really recent breakup. I went to a concert found a girl to talk to and got to see her nice little studio apartment for the night, because I just concentrated on enjoying the mother fucking moment! Just don't let your ex dictate your terms. Smile and try not to be alone in reality and in your mind. If you have friends share something fun with them go have a great time. Dwelling never helped anyone!

The thing is your lowering your value by trying to do anything after she expresses disinterest. Really just take a deep breath and find someone else to spend the day with. I wanna ask how much of the day was wasted because of OP letting the girl call it off a half hour before the date. If he had just made other plans, even if it was just a shit test, he would have been better off, because that's still a really powerful response to that type of test.

Move on and make other plans. If she flip flops on you like that, find someone who won't. Simple as that.

Until you just say to your self, " Fuck! This! Shit! I'm not happy with myself as I am, so I am going to change." Until you can say this to your self and never look back you'll never be able to see the change and the quality you really want in your life.

This is perfect also because she just made sweet, sweaty love with you and got to learn something about you because of it. She's going to relate those two things together and be more attracted to you because of it.

This. Don't accept their shitty answer, get the answer you want hear out of them. Use that to ask another. Relax. Slow down and just enjoy the conversation and even more then the conversation enjoy getting to know this person. "Hey really! I was totally into Bill Nye as a kid too, I just loved how exited he was about science. Tell me what excites you about....".

Kazzurak you can be more of a man then your father. You can fix that relationship. All it takes is will, tact, and the hope that he will set aside his attitude to listen. I say this because I was in your shoes at your exact age. Two years later I've grown so much and so has me and my fathers relationship. Just remember to keep your head held high and to always believe in your one true self, your best self, the one that brings the best out in everyone around you. Good luck. _^

I feel as if he's taking the blame on himself as all healthy people should do. What he is simply doing is giving some good advice. If you ever have kids I hope you are willing to listen to them, give them constructive advice, and most of all be the dad you wished you had the chance to have. Too often our parents don't live up to our expectations and it leads us to bad places. Is this their fault? Partially, sure, because kids are like a goddamn sponge. Ya dig?

That's what we all teach each other. To value others and to value ourselves. No need to be snarky kharmakazy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
