I run a family business which now has just under 500 employees. What I recommend is simply not hiring any attractive ones. Hire older women who need the money. Most women over 45 still in the workforce are good workers. You also need to avoid ones with telltale signs that they will be trouble such as pink hair or degrees in women's or gender studies, not that our industry gets many of them. Not sure how a MGTOW thread ended up in my feed since I'm married.
