2	Simple meditation trick I use when out. r/meditation or you set a timer or 10 minutes being new to it and sit with your back straight and breath in breath out. Concentrate on the breath and if your mind wanders, it will, focus back on breathing. When you think about only breathing you begin to not think about the breathing aspect and your mind feels great.
