And in other places they find 9000 year old pieces of peasant's chewing gum with traces of duck meat on it. We have no way of knowing the full picture, but it's not difficult to imagine how many times throughout human history we've gone relatively long periods of time sustaining ourselves on mostly animal meat, nuts and seeds, which would be akin to a ketogenic diet.

It's no long term solution but definitely sustainable and beneficial when done for 3 to 6 months. Evolutionarily speaking, we probably only had access to mostly fats and proteins during winters as a primitive species.

Emphasis on "see how your body reacts to foods" what may be an extremely healthy option for 99% of the populace may be something one could have an intolerance to, resulting in inflammation in the gut and spiking systemic inflammation as well. I believe most IBS cases could be solved if people would just take the time and effort to figure out exactly what their body does and doesn't respond well to, and eating is the greater half of the battle when it comes to the "get ripped" advice we push.

You wrote that yourself? wow congrats dude, really, that's very cool. i just told everyone in my family about it, my creepy uncle, my alcoholic father, my suicidal sister, and my retarded brother! Everybody thinks that's very impressive and asked me to congratulate you. they want to speak to you in person, if possible, to give you their regards. they also said they will tell our distant relatives in christmas supper and on NYE they will ignite fireworks that spell your name. i also told about th…

Make it easier for yourself to ear healthy. Invest in a sous vide for proteins (thing is a fucking miracle device), and a nice rice/slow/pressure cooker for everything else. Maybe an electric griddle and a nice frying pan for eggs. I basically compiled a list of meals I like to eat that are simple and contain an overlap of ingredients. Using that list I can plug in certain meals to hit my macros. Makes it easy to maintain a variety of foods while also keeping nutrient tracking on point. When you…

My large friend group has fun on Twitter propagating inside jokes and other lolzy shit. Just gotta ignore the outrage culture bs, people only buy into and spread that shit because their lives are miserable and meaningless. Everytime I see something on there that starts to irk me I just remind myself that it's evidence my life is probably alot better than their's. Kinda pitiful actually.

Eh I'd say adult life is more forgiving imo. Chances are, in adult world you'll never see the girl again, whereas in HS you could see the girl every day for years.

This. Do it until you stop seeing regular strength gains, then switch to typical hypertrophy based routine. Should makes steady progress for 4-6 months ime

This, start with the bar and move up from there. Building strength with a linear progression program is far superior to starting out on a bro-split as well.

Keep building strength until the numbers stop consistently going up, then switch over to a hypertrophy routine. You did the right thing focusing on strength first, you'll be way farther along aesthetically within a year than the average guy who goes straight to the bodybuilding bro split, despite having significantly less time dedicated to hypertrophy.

This is actually a really cool fucking idea dude. We need a TRP app with achievements and 'gamerscore' for different accomplishments in TRP-related categories. Broke 300 lb squat? 50 points. Reached 3 concurrent plates for the first time? 25 points. Ram it in your HB9 college professor's bunghole after being asked to her office to talk about your low exam scores? 100 points. Hit 1000 points and you get a novelty coffee mug or sum'n.

You'll find the anxiety/depression mitigated with a truly healthy diet and exercise. Not saying it'll go away entirely, but you'd be surprised to see how much of our poor mental health is a direct consequence of our shitty lifestyles in the health department.

Just don't go down on her and you'll be aight. Always wrap it up. I regret not taking every opportunity I had to be with slutty girls in HS. Don't be like naive, teenage me.

Not a large sample pool, chalk it up as bad luck and move on. If it's this way with the next 10 girls though.. time to switch up your strategy.

Honestly sounds like they were the weird ones. The comment about you guys not talking much even sounds like projection as a defense mechanism to draw away from the fact that they weren't talking much and being awkward. Put yourself in their shoes, they're in a totally different environment with two people that they believe are some kind of lifelong super bros. I've noticed people tend to overestimate the familiarity and strength of other people's friendships, and can sometimes be intimidated in …

It's definitely peculiar. There's been a generational decline in testosterone for several decades now. Roughly 1% a year. They estimate that in just 20-30 years the average male will have the same T levels as a woman from the 80's or something like that. I agree that it has to do with sedentary lifestyle. It's pretty easy to speculate that sitting around playing video games and watching Netflix is going to result in lower T levels than if you spent your time bailing hay and splitting wood. Lifti…

Everything I've read states 25 as being pretty much the earliest age some will experience a decline in test levels. Chances are for most people it'd be much closer to 30. I hear you, I'm 25, feel 21, and get mistaken for 18. Genetics are a weird thing.

Somewhere between 25 and 30 depending on genetics and lifestyle.

Language barrier. Sure you may be able to have a basic conversation with these girls, but neither of you truly understand the nuances of each other's language. For instance, if someone was being sarcastic with you in Chinese, would you pick it up immediately? Chinese being a tonal language doesn't help either. Get better at Chinese, and in the meantime game non-asians.

I actually do recall reading a study that backed this up. It's a negligible amount though, no different than how smoking cigarettes ever so slightly raises T.

Check out stronglifts 5x5. Within 6 months you'll be stronger than 90% of the population. Then start lifting for aesthetics for 6 months and you'll be better looking than 90% of the population, 98% if you run some pharma in there.

No, but be sure to spread the fruit around throughout the day. When I say sugar I mean added sugar, my b. As far as diet plan goes, depends on your goals. There's tons of solid diet advice on the fitness Reddit. I personally shoot for a 30/35/35 split of proteins, carbs and fats. Simply switching from the usual "food around the house diet" people tend to have, to eating whole, healthy foods, there will be benefits across the board. I eat alot of oatmeal, chicken, steak, eggs, fruits and vegetabl…

Good. Take it as someone who's been in the same boat, clean up your diet and get more committed to exercise. Doesn't even have to be the actual gym for the time being, cardio is fine to get things straightened out until you're motivated to go back. Cut sugar down to less than 30g a day. A lot of our poor mental health is due to our poor overall health (speaking of society in general). I had depression problems until I finally committed myself to a healthier lifestyle. That's the quickest, easies…

Does your school not have a gym? Most do, even small ones. You have internet access obviously, so look into Amazon turk/Lionbridge for decent online income. Look into blood plasma donation, decently lucrative. Doesn't require a whole lot of time spent to come up with money for a gym membership and bus fare. In the meantime read the sidebar and recommended books. You can find free PDFs of alot of them.
